A big thank you to No More KnotsAvantiPlus The Valley, GMN Vegie Prepi and Diamondport for donating this month’s prizes.

1.           Red Dog AOTM, how do you feel about that?

Definitely a bit surprised, but I guess every dog has his day.

2.           What attracted you to the club?

I use to swim at the Valley Pool at lunch and I was impressed with the turn out RedMan got so I joined up.

3.           How much training do you do at the moment?

Most sessions during the week but I am currently struggling to overcome the weekend slack attack.

4.           Least favourite session and why?

That's an easy one track!!  Trent loves dishing out the pain every Tuesday morning...5 x 1 k best efforts has to be the worst of it...

5.           If you had one wish, what would it be?

To have more time in the day...and for our house not to be painted calf shit yellow...

6.           Favourite motivational quote?

I  am not really one to go for motivational quotes...my old soccer team use to rock Flame Trees so that always gives me a buzz...

7.           The one bit of advice I’d give to a newbie is… have fun with it and always remember why you are doing it...

 8.           My next race is… Kingscliff in November (Flanagan, Roper and Wallace Smashfest #2 for the season M 40-44 is where the action is at!!) and then we have the rrrrrruuuuummmmmbbbbbbllllleeeee in December.

9.           I couldn’t do what I do without… another easy one, support of my wife Stacey and I have to thank Trent for mostly keeping me on track too.

10.       What do you do outside of triathlons?

I am mostly having fun with the fam whenever I can and watching whatever sport is going...

11.       What’s your one guilty pleasure?

Chips, burgers, beer, takeaway etc its too hard to name just one..so just go with the junkfood food group...I do have to say there isn't much guilt attached to it though...
