Reddog AOTM, how do you feel about that?
What attracted you to the sport of triathlon?
I wanted a variation from just straight running and thought triathlon would be fun and challenging.
If you were Reddog coach for the week, what would you do differently?
Morning sessions would start later, so I could sleep longer.
How much training do you do at the moment?
Approx 8 sessions a week.
Least favourite session and why?
Wedneday morning cycle session - because its extra early and extra dark now.
Favourite session and why?
Track. Short and sharp.
If you had one wish, what would it be?
To have an endless supply of chocolate
What advice would you give to other Reddogs who would like to be AOTM?
To ride in the rain every Sunday morning for a month!
What are your goals?
To improve on my Mooloolaba time from 2009
